• Lead monthly and quarterly close cycles, coordinating inputs across teams and translating outputs into insights for finance leadership
• Support annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting, ensuring budget datasets are accurate and decision‑ready
• Serve as the primary finance point of contact for core functions, guiding budgeting and financial performance
• Identify and implement process improvements across FP&A, leveraging automation and AI tools
• Partner directly with leaders across core functions to support ongoing financial management

• 2‑4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related analytical field
• Strong financial modeling skills with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy in reporting
• Proven ability to work across multiple teams and effectively communicate complex financial topics
• Experience improving financial processes using modern systems, automation, or AI‑assisted workflows
• Accountability and the ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships

• Comfort working in core financial systems such as Anaplan or Net Suite
• Ability to manipulate and analyze data using SQL and incorporate AI tools into financial workflows
• Genuine interest in crypto and understanding of the financial and competitive landscape
