- Communicate data-driven insights into forecasts and plans for performance management
- Manage reporting for the Board of Directors, including analyses of P&L and Balance Sheet
- Support FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years in FP&A / Treasury functions
- Strong analytical skills to identify problems and develop solutions
- Solid understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet components
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to build trust with business leaders
- Postgraduate coursework in a relevant field
- Experience with capital management in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with Oracle software
- Knowledge of insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
