• Lead complex financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making in the Commercial Lines division
• Develop and communicate financial models that translate risks and opportunities into actionable insights
• Oversee quarterly forecasting and planning processes, collaborating with cross‑functional teams
• Produce management and Board of Directors reporting, including analyses of financial statements and operational expenses
• Identify problems and develop data‑driven solutions to enhance efficiency and insights within FP&A functions

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years in FP&A or Treasury functions
• Advanced analytical skills for problem identification and solution development
• Strong understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet dynamics, with experience in cash forecasting
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive consensus with business leaders

• Postgraduate coursework in a related field
• Experience in capital management within the insurance industry
• Familiarity with Oracle or other Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems
• Knowledge of insurance industry trends, regulatory requirements, and risk management strategies
• Strong mathematical and advanced organizational skills
