Salary £60,000 - £65,000 per annum

Step into a role that shapes how our Bank thinks, reports and plans financially.

You’ll take ownership of core reporting cycles, strengthen controls and bring fresh thinking to how our Finance and Treasury function operates. This is a role with genuine influence and room to grow.

Based in our Wellingborough head office, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home two days each week.

• Lead month end and year end reporting, including key reconciliations.
• Prepare FRS 102 consolidated accounts and supporting the audit.
• Manage tax, VAT and essential regulatory submissions.
• Strengthen controls, improve processes and support Finance risk activity.

• Clear long term development opportunities, from leading process improvements to contributing to system upgrades and taking on wider Finance responsibilities over time.
• Varied work across month end, audit, risk, systems and business partnering.
• Exposure to senior stakeholders across the Bank.
• You’ll join a high‑trust team that shares knowledge openly and pulls together when deadlines hit.

• An experienced Finance Manager with a strong track record running BAU finance activity.
• Qualified or part‑qualified (ACCA, ACA or CIMA).
• Strong technical knowledge, including FRS 102 / UK GAAP.
• Ideally you will bring experience in both practice and industry.
