• Lead complex financial analyses to support strategic decision‑making within the Commercial Lines division
• Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop financial plans and operational expense budgets
• Communicate data‑driven insights to inform performance management and strategic priorities
• Manage reporting for the Board of Directors, including analyses of the Commercial Lines P&L and Balance Sheet
• Drive FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance insights and improve processes

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years in FP&A or Treasury functions
• Advanced analytical skills to identify problems and develop solutions
• Strong understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet components
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to collaborate with business leaders

• Postgraduate coursework in a related field
• Experience with capital management in the insurance industry
• Familiarity with Oracle or other Enterprise Performance Management systems
• Understanding of insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills
