- Support FP&A transformation initiatives by enhancing insights and improving processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related area
- 8+ years of related professional experience, including 5+ years supporting FP&A/Treasury functions
- Advanced analytical skills to identify problems and develop solutions
- Strong understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet components
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and facilitate decision‑making
- Postgraduate coursework in a relevant field
- Experience with capital management in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with Oracle systems
- Understanding of insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
