Senior Treasury Manager

• Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

• Oversee daily cash positioning and liquidity management across multiple bank accounts
• Manage all banking relationships and coordinate account opening and closing
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts for joint ventures and funds
• Support debt covenant compliance and understand related calculations
• Lead treasury operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency
• Drive automation initiatives and enhance treasury systems and processes
• Oversee electronic payments, including ACH, wires, and remote deposits
• Document and improve treasury policies and controls
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership on cash strategies
• Maintain KYC documentation across complex organizational structures

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 8 years of treasury experience, ideally in real estate or multi‑entity organizations
• Strong expertise in cash management, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships
• Proven experience managing electronic payment infrastructure (ACH, wires, remote deposits)
• Hands‑on familiarity with Yardi ERP or similar systems, especially electronic deposit workflows
• Experience managing or supporting debt covenant compliance and lender relationships
• Deep understanding of KYC processes and complex organizational structures
