- Lead the quarterly forecasting and planning process for the Commercial Lines division
- Communicate data‑driven insights into financial forecasts and plans
- Support FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance insights and improve operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years of related professional experience, including 5+ years in FP&A / Treasury functions
- Advanced analytical skills for problem identification and solution development
- Strong understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet components
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to build trust with business leaders
- Postgraduate coursework in finance or a related field
- Experience with capital management in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with Oracle or similar EPM systems
- Strong understanding of insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Excellent business writing and communication skills
