• Lead complex financial and operational analyses to drive strategic decision-making
• Develop financial models and insights to support profitable growth in the Commercial Lines division
• Oversee quarterly forecasting and planning processes, collaborating across teams
• Prepare and present management and Board of Directors reporting, including analyses of financial performance
• Support FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and insights

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in FP&A or Treasury functions
• Advanced analytical skills for problem identification and solution development
  
  Strong understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet components
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to build trust with business leaders

• Postgraduate coursework related to finance or business
• Experience in capital management within the insurance industry
• Familiarity with Oracle or similar EPM systems
• Understanding of insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills
