• Lead complex financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision‑making within the Commercial Lines division
• Develop resolutions to business issues and design matters of moderate to high complexity
• Collaborate with senior business leaders on financial planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Communicate data‑driven insights to inform performance management and strategic priorities
• Support FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance insights and improve efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.) or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of related professional experience, including at least 5 years in FP&A or Treasury functions
• Advanced analytical skills with a strong understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet components
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to build trust with business leaders
• Experience with data extraction and uploading in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems

• Post‑graduate coursework in relevant fields
• Experience with capital management in the insurance industry
• Familiarity with Oracle systems
• Understanding of insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Strong business writing and project management skills
