Cash Representative

Our clients count on us to make the legal process seamless and efficient from scheduling court reporters and legal videographers to ensuring transcripts are delivered on time and flawlessly accurate. As a Cash Applications Representative (Corporate), you will be responsible for payment applications to the appropriate client accounts.

• Apply all incoming payments to the correct client accounts (including Credit Cards, EFT & Checks)
• Reconcile all payment applications daily
• Process Credit Card payments for our clients on our credit card portal(s)
• Review Banking Correspondence & distributing it to the appropriate teams (Cash Apps, Collections, Accounting)
• Research payments that are received with no payment detail
• Daily follow up on all Unapplied/Unidentified payments
• Identify refunds at time of application
• Handle Cash application requests from clients & all other departments

• 1+ years of related experience
• Assertive, proactive, and efficient with excellent problem solving and follow-up skills.
• Take initiative & be able to work independently.
• Strong computer skills, Zoom, Microsoft, Outlook.
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, highly organized and able to multi-task.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Cash Applications required.
• Experience with Excel spreadsheets is required.
