What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead monthly close process and analytics for the Personal Lines Claims department and Legal Division
  • Manage quarterly forecasting and 3-year planning processes in partnership with leadership
  • Conduct complex analysis of department initiatives aimed at reducing expenses and indemnity costs
  • Own the staffing model for the Personal Lines Claims department and facilitate staffing discussions
  • Support FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance financial insights and operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 6 years of financial planning experience, preferably in an insurance company
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong understanding of claims processes and operational expense reporting
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to influence strategic decision-making
  • Experience with planning and reporting software, preferably Oracle cloud-based planning
