• Assist with the accurate and timely processing of trades executed by the trading desk, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Maintain effective risk management controls and escalate any breaches or concerns to senior leadership
• Conduct reconcilations of trade and position data to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements
• Collaborate with the IT department to leverage technology solutions for improving operations

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in middle office, back office, or operations roles within a financial institution
• Proficiency in trade processing and settlement systems, as well as reconciliation tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to proprietary trading activities

• Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM)
• Experience with SQL, stored procedures, and data modeling
• Python knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with object‑oriented programming and design
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments
