• Assist with accurate and timely processing of trades and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain effective risk management controls and monitor trading activities for adherence to risk limits
• Conduct reconciliations of trade and position data between internal systems and external counter parties
• Stay informed about regulatory changes relevant to proprietary trading operations and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with IT to leverage technology solutions for improving middle and back‑office operations

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in middle office, back office, or operations roles within a financial institution
• Proficiency in trade processing and settlement systems, as well as reconciliation tools
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, and risk management concepts
• Proficiency in relational databases, specifically Microsoft SQL, and experience with SQL and Python

• Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM)
• Experience with object‑oriented programming and design
• Familiarity with technology solutions for middle and back office operations
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage high‑pressure situations and prioritize multiple projects
