• Lead complex financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision‑making
• Develop comprehensive financial plans and operational expense budgets for the Commercial Lines division
• Communicate data‑driven insights to inform performance management and strategic priorities
• Manage reporting for the Board of Directors, including analyses of financial statements and operational expenses
• Support FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance insights and improve efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.) or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years in FP&A/Treasury functions
• Advanced analytical skills with a strong understanding of Income Statements and Balance Sheets
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision‑making
• Experience with data extraction and uploading in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems

• Postgraduate coursework in a relevant field
• Experience in capital management within the insurance industry
• Familiarity with Oracle software
• Knowledge of insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills
