Financial Consultant - Commercial Lines; Remote

• Lead complex financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Develop comprehensive financial plans and operational expense budgets for the Commercial Lines division
• Communicate data-driven insights and forecasts to inform performance management
• Manage reporting for the Board of Directors, including analyses of P&L and Balance Sheet
• Support FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance data insights and operational efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in FP&A/Treasury functions
• Strong analytical skills for problem identification and solution development
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and facilitate decision-making
• Experience with data extraction in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems

• Postgraduate coursework in a relevant field
• Experience with capital management in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with Oracle software
• Excellent business writing and communication skills
