Associate, Specialty Finance

The Specialty Finance Americas team provides a suite of M&A advisory and capital raising solutions to private, public and financial sponsor-backed businesses, with core sectors including consumer finance, commercial finance and leasing. Recent transactions have included sellside & buyside strategic advisory, corporate carveouts, private credit and equity raises.

As an Associate, you will be an integral member of the Specialty Finance team, supporting the preparation of idea generation materials, detailed client presentations, and key work streams in live deal execution. You will take ownership of day to day analytical tasks such as building financial models, performing valuation analyses, conducting industry and company research, and preparing internal and external briefing materials.

Expect to participate in the full execution lifecycle of advisory, capital raising, and principal transactions, working closely with senior bankers to manage due diligence processes, coordinate with clients and counter parties, and ensure smooth transaction delivery. You will also contribute to new business development efforts by analyzing market trends, generating strategic insights for pitch materials, and helping identify opportunities across consumer finance, commercial finance, and leasing sectors.

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking
• Experience building and reviewing financial models
• Knowledge of all stages of transaction execution, including origination, diligence, and execution of equity, debt, and M&A transactions.
