• Lead complex financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision‑making
• Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop comprehensive financial plans and operational expense budgets
• Communicate data‑driven insights into forecasts and plans for performance management
• Manage reporting for the Board of Directors, including analyses of P&L, Balance Sheet, and operational expenses
• Identify problems and develop solutions through analytical skills and data‑driven insights

• Bachelor's degree in a related area (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.) or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related professional experience, including 5+ years in FP&A / Treasury functions
• Advanced analytical skills for identifying problems and developing solutions
• Strong understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet components
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to build trust with business leaders

• Postgraduate coursework is a plus
• Experience with capital management in the insurance industry preferred
• Familiarity with Oracle systems preferred, but not required
• Understanding of insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills
