• Respond to plan inquiries and requests from clients promptly and professionally
• Calculate and process timely payment of termination, retirement, and death benefits for medium-sized plans
• Foster strong relationships between clients and the consulting team
• Coordinate information flow between clients and trustees effectively
• Prepare year-end annual pension statements accurately

• 3 to 5 years of Defined Benefit pension administration experience
• Post-secondary education in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or relevant courses related to Pension Administration
• Advanced knowledge of Defined Benefit pension plans and provincial pension and tax legislation
• Experience reviewing pension calculations and member transactions
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with ease
• Strong client service focus with exceptional professional acumen
• Ability to lead projects, taking ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
