This role is for a driven candidate who is competent in sales and has a good foundation of business opportunities, prospecting, and/or a warm market to prospect to.

Role Description

The Financial Planning Associate advisor role is a full‑time hybrid role located in Vancouver, BC with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios and wealth plans, conducting financial planning, analyzing financial data, and communicating strategies with clients along with marketing and prospecting for new clientele.

You will also work with the team to develop and implement investment and financial planning strategies and provide an excellent customer service and experience for clients for the long‑term.

What we need from you Education
  • High School Graduate + University or College degree
  • It would be preferred to have your mutual funds and LLQP Insurance certification completed already
  • It would be beneficial to have your QAFP or CFP designation (Not required)
Qualifications
  • Financial Planning and Analytical Skills (preferred)
  • Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Experience in Finance, Investments, and Wealth Management (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred)
  • QFA, CFP or other relevant certifications are preferred
  • Experience in managing client relationships and portfolios (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
