Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a Finance (Asset Mgmt) AI Subject Matter Expect to join their team. As a Finance (Asset Mgmt) AI Subject Matter Expect, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting the Asset Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for financial innovation, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $75/hr starting DOE

• Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to define research-based workflows within the financial asset management domain.
• Develop comprehensive evaluations and test cases to assess workflow performance, specifying inputs, outputs, and success criteria.
• Design assessments to evaluate the capabilities of large language models in handling complex financial tasks such as data extraction, market trend analysis, and risk assessment.
• Provide guidance on curating high-quality financial data and content essential for training and fine-tuning AI models.
• Work closely with product teams to deliver constructive feedback and suggest improvements to enhance model accuracy and relevance.

• 12+ years of professional experience working with one of the largest US banks and diversified financial services companies in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or equity research.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to break down complex financial processes.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or experience working with technical teams is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail for creating accurate evaluation criteria.
