Renewables Project Finance, Analyst to Associate level - REMOTE

• Collaborate with subject matter experts on financial modeling initiatives for utility‑scale battery storage projects
• Take ownership of financial models related to renewable project off‑take, bidding, debt/equity structuring, and tax incentive strategies
• Partner with stakeholders to create and implement financial analysis and forecasting tools
• Optimize financial analytic processes and mitigate risk by reviewing industry macroeconomic trends
• Engage in discussions related to utility‑scale renewables and energy infrastructure transactions

• Experience in project finance supporting Power, Renewables, Capital Market, or Energy Infrastructure transactions
• Strong project finance modeling expertise in Microsoft Excel and debt/equity structuring experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical information clearly
• Ability to participate in advanced discussions in the utility‑scale renewables sector
• Understanding of national energy power markets is beneficial but not required

• Experience with complex debt equity structures, tax equity transactions, and advanced project finance deal execution
• Familiarity with various energy power markets such as PJM, ERCOT, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and CAISO
