• Lead the monthly close process and analytics for the Personal Lines Claims department and Legal Division
• Drive quarterly forecasting and 3-year planning processes, partnering with leadership to build financial plans and forecasts
• Conduct complex analysis of initiatives and business outcomes to reduce expenses and indemnity costs
• Own and manage the staffing model for the Personal Lines Claims department, providing strategic recommendations
• Support FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance insights and improve efficiency within the organization

• Minimum of 6 years of financial planning experience, preferably within an insurance company
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Understanding of claims processes and their financial implications
• Demonstrated expertise in operational expense reporting and budgeting
• Ability to effectively partner with senior leaders and influence strategic decision-making

• Experience with planning and reporting software, preferably Oracle cloud-based planning and Smartview
• Actively participates in shaping company culture through mentoring, volunteering, or cross-functional projects
• Willingness to travel for divisional/team meetings and other in-person engagements
