• Lead the monthly close process and provide analytics for the Personal Lines Claims department and Legal Division
• Drive quarterly forecasting and long-term financial planning in collaboration with leadership
• Conduct management reporting and complex analysis aimed at reducing expenses and indemnity costs
• Own and manage the staffing model for the Personal Lines Claims, guiding staffing discussions
• Participate in FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance insights and operational efficiency

• Minimum of 6 years of financial planning experience, preferably within an insurance company
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of claims processes, costs, and their relationship with legal operations
• Proven experience with operational expense reporting and budgeting, particularly LAE
• Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders to influence strategic decision-making

• Experience with planning and reporting software, preferably Oracle cloud-based planning and Smartview
• Demonstrated ability to communicate financial results clearly to C-suite and board members
• Active involvement in shaping company culture through mentoring and community service
• Willingness to travel for divisional meetings and other in-person collaborations
