Renewables Project Finance, Analyst to Associate level - REMOTE

• Collaborate with subject matter experts on financial modeling initiatives for utility-scale battery storage projects
• Take ownership of financial models for project off-take, bidding, debt/equity structuring, project sales, and tax incentive strategies
• Partner with stakeholders to create financial analysis and forecasting tools for corporate financing and project assessments
• Optimize financial analytic processes and mitigate risk by reviewing industry macroeconomic trends affecting the renewables sector

• Project finance experience supporting Power, Renewables, Capital Markets, or Energy Infrastructure transactions
• Strong project finance modeling expertise in Microsoft Excel and debt/equity structuring experience
• Experience with complex debt equity structures, tax equity transactions, and advanced project finance deal execution
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical formulas clearly
• Ability to engage in advanced discussions in the utility-scale renewables and energy storage sectors

• Experience with complex debt equity structures and tax equity transactions
• Understanding of national energy power markets such as PJM, ERCOT, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and CAISO
