• Lead the monthly close process and provide analytics for the Personal Lines Claims department and Legal Division
• Oversee quarterly forecasting and three-year planning processes, delivering actionable insights
• Conduct management reporting and complex analysis to reduce expenses and indemnity costs
• Manage financial modeling and staffing discussions, providing strategic recommendations
• Support FP&A transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness

• Minimum of 6 years of financial planning experience, preferably in an insurance company
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of claims processes and operational expense reporting
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence strategic decision-making
• Proficiency in planning and reporting software, preferably Oracle cloud-based planning and Smartview

• Experience with insurance P&L ratios and financial statements
• Active participation in company culture initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Ability to communicate financial results effectively to board and C-suite levels
• Willingness to travel as needed for role-related meetings
