Payroll & Compensation Officer; Remote

Danny Apparel Manufacturing is expanding and seeking a Remote Payroll & Compensation Officer to manage structured, accurate weekly payments for our production team.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll & Compensation Officer located in Mineral Wells, TX. The Payroll & Compensation Officer will be responsible for monitoring and processing payroll, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and managing payroll taxes. The individual will work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records, address employee compensation inquiries, and handle payroll-related documentation.

Additional responsibilities include preparing payroll reports and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Proficiency in Payroll Administration, Payroll Services, and managing Payroll Taxes
• Experience in financial processes and a strong foundation in Finance
• Excellent Communication skills for interaction with employees and team members
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to compliance and confidentiality standards
• Proficiency in payroll software and related tools; knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a payroll or compensation role is an advantage
