- Lead monthly close processes and analytics for Personal Lines Claims department and Legal Division
- Oversee quarterly forecasting and long-term planning processes in collaboration with leadership
- Conduct management reporting and complex analysis aimed at reducing expenses and indemnity costs
- Own staffing model discussions and provide strategic recommendations based on financial modeling
- Support FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance insights and efficiency within the organization
- Minimum of 6 years of financial planning experience, preferably within an insurance company
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of claims processes and operational expense reporting
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence strategic decision-making
- Proficiency in planning and reporting software, preferably Oracle cloud-based planning and Smartview
- Active participation in company culture initiatives, such as mentoring or volunteering
- Willingness to travel for divisional/team meetings and in-person gatherings
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and collaboration across departments
