This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Originator located in Hartland, WI, with opportunities for remote work. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the mortgage loan process, evaluating borrowers' financial information, and identifying suitable loan products. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Additional duties include staying informed about industry trends and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on NEXA Lending’s offerings and processes.

• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products, loan types, and lending processes
• Experience in financial analysis, credit evaluation, and conducting risk assessments
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately under deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and basic understanding of the mortgage/real estate industry systems
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license and experience in the mortgage lending field
• Relevant industry certifications or a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus
