Job OverviewThe Sr Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Data leads the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of financial reporting and insights that enable effective decision‑making across the business. This role manages standard and ad hoc reporting, ensuring it is accurate, timely, and aligned to business needs. This role manages the data‑to‑report process, manages reporting tools and systems, and partners closely with finance teams to analyze performance and support strategic priorities.

This position has been segmented as Remote Anywhere meaning the work is completed 100% remote anywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii or United States Territories.
Responsibilities- Guide the Finance & Reporting Specialist(s) in developing and maintaining standardized reports and visualizations to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.
- Manage the collection, validation, and structuring of financial and operational data from multiple sources to support accurate reporting.
- Ensure systems, robotics, and other reporting tools are configured and maintained correctly to automate reporting and minimize manual intervention.
- Perform periodic checks and controls on data quality, including validation of reporting parameters, hierarchies, and business dimensions.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from Finance, Business Units, or Executive Management, balancing speed with accuracy.
- Collaborate with Data and IT teams to improve reporting infrastructure, including BI platforms, data models, and automation initiatives.
- Work closely with VP FP&A, Functional Finance, and Field Finance organization to help drive performance of the business forward.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
- Manages a team of 2 with 2 direct reports
- Internal: Works with all levels of leadership across all functions of the organization.
- 7 years of financial planning, analytics, reporting and/or process improvement/management experience
- 3 years of leadership/management experience, including people management
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders
- < 5% travel
- Bachelor’s degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance-focused field
- MBA or MS in Finance-focused field
This role will also receive an annual incentive plan bonus and LTI incentive.
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between $100,000 - $160,000.
