• Lead the monthly close process and perform analytics on operating expenses and loss adjustment expenses for the Personal Lines Claims department and Legal Division
• Manage quarterly forecasting and long-term planning processes in collaboration with leadership
• Conduct complex analysis of business initiatives aimed at reducing expenses and indemnity costs
• Oversee the staffing model for the PL Claims department and facilitate staffing discussions
• Participate in FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance financial insights and improve organizational efficiency

• Minimum of 6 years of financial planning experience, preferably in an insurance company
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
• Strong understanding of claims processes and operational expense reporting
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence strategic decision-making
• Proficient in planning and reporting software, preferably Oracle cloud-based planning and Smartview

• Experience actively shaping company culture through mentorship, volunteering, or cross-functional projects
• Willingness to engage in in-person meetings and team-building activities
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to think beyond one s immediate area of responsibility
• Strong storytelling skills for presenting financial results to executive leadership
