• Lead monthly close process and analytics for the Personal Lines Claims department and Legal Division
• Manage quarterly forecasting and 3-year planning processes, partnering with leadership to build financial plans
• Conduct complex analysis of initiatives to reduce expenses and indemnity costs
• Own the staffing model for the PL Claims department and lead staffing discussions
• Participate in FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance insights and operational efficiency

• Minimum of 6 years of financial planning experience, preferably in an insurance company
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of claims processes and operational expense reporting
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making
• Proficiency in planning and reporting software, preferably Oracle cloud-based planning

• Experience in mentoring and supporting employee resource groups
• Willingness to engage in cross-functional projects and company culture initiatives
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and commitment to business needs
