• Post payments to collection accounts, reconcile with bank transactions, and manage refunds as needed
• Perform cash application functions in alignment with corporate and client requirements
• Access and understand various online systems to accurately apply payments and adjustments
• Prepare and record financial transactions for assigned accounts, maintaining accurate financial history
• Research and accurately distribute payments without apparent invoice numbers or dates of service

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or three (3) years of Accounting/Finance experience
• Strong knowledge of healthcare claims is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions

• Previous experience in healthcare finance or revenue cycle management
• Familiarity with compliance and recovery laws related to cash processes
• Ability to work well in both individual and team environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
