• Resolve complex post-closing suspense issues and audit findings in accordance with investor-specific time frames
• Gather necessary documentation to address deficiencies and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Maintain information within the Loan Origination System from initial notification to loan funding
• Identify and share actionable insights to prevent future suspense issues

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mortgage underwriting, processing, post-closing, or investor delivery
• Proven expertise in lending requirements for Jumbo, Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
• Strong understanding of compliance with Disclosure documents and related timing
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Experience communicating documentation requests to borrowers and overcoming objections
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
