• Prepare and coordinate analyses for insurance rating and support individual account pricing
• Conduct statistical analyses and develop recommendations for pricing
• Document assumptions, methods, and findings in an organized manner suitable for various audiences

• Mentor and guide junior colleagues, depending on experience

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or a related area with 5 years of post-bachelor experience in statistical and actuarial analysis
• Or a Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or a related area with 3 years of experience in statistical and actuarial analysis
• Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, and Radar
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience in actuarial analysis on Commercial Auto lines insurance
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of the actuarial industry and insurance marketplace
• Active participation in company culture and community engagement
