Financial Analyst Specialist, Insurance Claims & Legal - Remote

• Lead the monthly close process and analytics for the Personal Lines Claims department and Legal Division
• Conduct quarterly forecasting and 3‑year planning in partnership with leadership
• Perform complex analysis and management reporting for business outcomes
• Own and manage the staffing model for the Personal Lines Claims department
• Participate in FP&A transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and insights

• Minimum of 6 years of financial planning experience, preferably within an insurance company
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of claims processes and operational expense reporting
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to influence strategic decision‑making
• Demonstrated proficiency in planning and reporting software, preferably Oracle cloud‑based planning

• Experience in shaping company culture through mentoring and cross‑functional projects
• Willingness to travel for team meetings and other in‑person engagements
• Ability to articulate financial results clearly for high‑level reporting
