Financial Manager, Financial Compliance
We are looking to recruit a Finance Manager. The role will work closely with EYST Senior Leadership Team, Director of People & Governance and Finance Officer to oversee the smooth running of EYST finances. The role will involve working with our key stakeholders including our accountants, Trustee board and Team leads.
Hours of WorkMinimum 28hrs, up to FT 35hrs
Salary£33-35k pro rata depending on experience
TenureRolling one-year Fixed term contract (Extension depending on funding)

Location of WorkVarious locations across Wales including Cardiff, Swansea & Wrexham
There are opportunities for remote working on occasions
NotesEnhanced DBS will be required for this role.

Aims of the Post- A formal financial qualification.
- A minimum of two years’ experience of undertaking work in a similar role.
- A high level of competence in using Excel spreadsheets.
- Experience of using computerised financial systems, including Quickbooks.
- High level of attention to detail and self‑motivation.
- A high level of personal integrity and professionalism.
- Energetic and enthusiastic, good team‑worker.
- Understanding of working in the charitable and voluntary sector.
- Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines.
