Required Qualifications , Training, and Education High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax Experience completing individual tax returns Successful completion of the Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week during peak tax season
