Required Qualifications 3+ years of mortgage closing experience in private money lending Experience closing Non-QM loans such as DSCR and private money loans Ability to manage a pipeline of 50+ loans per month
Experience with basic title review and HUD/Settlement Statement review Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word
