Required Qualifications , Training, and Education High school diploma or equivalent; must complete continuing education requirements Experience completing individual tax returns Access to high-speed, reliable internet Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week during peak tax season Successful completion of the Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent
