Key Responsibilities Work with borrowers to prequalify and generate interest by contacting leads Review loan applications for data accuracy and analyze income, DTI, credit, and loan structure for pre-approval Issue pre-qualification and pre-approval letters while maintaining organized pipeline management
Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Officer Strong understanding of FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM loan programs Skilled in income calculation and AUS guideline review Tech savvy with experience in Lending Pad, Arive, and preferred Comfortable working remotely on video with a collaborative team
