Role DescriptionAt Affinity, we are looking for advisors who are done being salespeople — and ready to become architects of people's financial lives.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for remote work. But more than a job description, this is an invitation.
An invitation to be trained directly under Jonathan Chan — Court of Table and MDRT qualifier — Top 0.5% globally, qualified year on year since 2020 — and to inherit a system that took almost a decade to build.
As part of the Affinity team, you will:
- Work through the APEX framework with every client — starting with protection, building toward systematic growth
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with professionals and business owners — not transactional ones
- Have access to a full suite of insurance and investment platforms — recommend what's right, not what's easiest
- Be coached, mentored, and held to a standard of transparency and client-first advisory
- Grow your own book of business under a brand and system that already has proven results
This is not a role for someone looking for quick commissions.
This is a role for someone who wants to build something — a practice, a reputation, a career that compounds over time just like the portfolios we manage.

Experience in financial services is a plus. But character, coachability, and conviction are non-negotiable.
Relevant certifications (RES5, M9, M9A, M8, M8A, HI, GI) are advantageous. We will support the right candidate through the licensing process if needed.
