Regulatory Reporting Associate, Controllership - Remote

• Manage and monitor large projects or processes within the regulatory reporting function
• Provide guidance and interpretation of accounting policies to leaders and business lines
• Direct capital reporting teams and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and standardize new regulatory reporting requirements
• Coach and delegate work to junior professionals as needed

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field within the Banking or Financial Services Industry
• Advanced knowledge of accounting practices, including US GAAP/IFRS and regulatory reporting standards
• Strong understanding of financial controls and system validation methods
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification
• Advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS)
• Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
