• Manage and monitor large projects or accounting processes within the regulatory reporting function
• Provide guidance and interpretation of accounting policies and procedural changes to business lines
• Direct capital reporting teams by reviewing financial information, reporting, and disclosures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and communicate accounting developments to management
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and standardize new regulatory reporting requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• 9+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field within the Banking or Financial Services Industry
• Advanced understanding of accounting practices, including US GAAP/IFRS and regulatory reporting standards
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and make effective decisions on complex matters

• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification
• Advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS)
• Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
