• Manage and monitor large projects or accounting processes within the regulatory reporting function
• Provide guidance and interpretation of policy changes to leaders and business lines
• Direct capital reporting teams by reviewing financial information and disclosures
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and standardize new regulatory reporting requirements
• Improve existing processes and practices within the Regulatory Reporting department

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• 9+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field within the Banking or Financial Services Industry
• Advanced knowledge of accounting practices, including US GAAP/IFRS and regulatory reporting standards
• Strong understanding of financial controls and system validation methods
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and make effective decisions on complex matters

• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• Experience with advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS)
• Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting
• Certification as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• Established work history in relevant roles or equivalent demonstrated experience
