We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team in a full-time hybrid role based in Middletown, RI, with the flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include processing and managing expense reports and vendor invoices, verifying accuracy and compliance with company policies, preparing and recording journal entries, and assisting in month-end closing processes. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will also work closely with the finance team to analyze financial transactions and maintain accurate records.

• Competence in processing and reviewing Expense Reports with attention to accuracy and policy compliance
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and identify discrepancies
• Solid foundation in Finance and Accounting principles
• Experience with creating and reviewing Journal Entries related to accounting transactions
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including MS Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role is highly desirable
