Accounts Assistant - Part Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our growing finance team based in Liverpool City Centre
. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work from home two days per week.

Sales Ledger

• Raising and processing sales invoices
• Allocating customer payments
• Managing aged debt reports
• Credit control and resolving invoice queries

Purchase Ledger

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
• Statement reconciliations
• Preparing payment runs
• Liaising with suppliers to resolve discrepancies

Bank Reconciliations

• Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Investigating and resolving variances
• Assisting with month-end processes

• Previous experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role
• Strong knowledge of sales and purchase ledger processes
• Experience completing bank reconciliations
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confident using accounting software and Excel
• AAT studier (desirable but not essential)

• Salary of £30,000
