Required Qualifications , Training, and Education High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred Experience completing individual tax returns 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax Must complete continuing education requirements and meet IRS and state requirements Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week during peak tax season
