Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Assurance Analyst based in Denver, CO, with flexibility for some remote work. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and working with network suppliers to remediate any findings. Daily responsibilities include auditing call recordings for compliance with state, federal and local regulations as well as client specific requirements, identifying areas for improvement, reviewing account handling, and collaborating with other departments to remediate audit findings and implement process enhancements.

The individual will provide data-driven insights through reporting and documentation to enhance organizational efficiency and support client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Experience with debt collection Quality Assurance processes in addition to a strong understanding of the FDCPA/Regulation F and other consumer financial protection regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of collections, accounts receivable recovery, or financial institutions is an asset
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in communication, including preparing thorough documentation and reports
  • Familiarity with tools or systems related to quality management and compliance monitoring
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered
