In a standard work week, associates may work up to one remote “flex day” (with leader approval). We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager of Supply Chain Financial Planning & Analytics to lead our dynamic team. This leadership position involves managing a team of 4-6 professionals dedicated to financial planning and analytics within the supply chain. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial analysis, supply chain management, and leadership skills to drive informed decision‑making and optimize financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for the supply chain, aligning with overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to drive decision‑making.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the development of supply chain budgets in collaboration with finance and operational teams.
- Oversee regular forecasting exercises, assess performance against budget, and provide timely variance analysis.
Cost Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze supply chain costs and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Supervise the implementation of cost‑saving initiatives and monitor their impact on overall financial performance.
Financial Reporting:
- Generate and present regular financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting, providing insights for strategic decision‑making.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-6 financial planning and analytics professionals.
- Provide guidance on complex financial analyses, foster a collaborative team environment, and ensure the team meets organizational objectives.
Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with supply chain, finance, and operational teams to ensure financial plans align with strategic objectives.
- Work with other departments to enhance overall financial performance and cross‑functional efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team, driving results and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
- Detail‑oriented with a proactive mindset, focused on continuous improvement.
- This role requires collaboration, teamwork, and face‑to‑face interaction with colleagues, leaders, and/or clients.
- Being in the office ensures access to leaders, cross‑functional partners, and resources necessary to make timely decisions and drive results.
